Que ce soit en s\u2019installant sur vos affaires, en ignorant vos ordres ou en \u201cchassant\u201d les autres animaux, on pourrait \u00eatre tent\u00e9 de croire que votre chat est <strong>dominant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais est-ce vraiment le cas ? Ou projette-t-on simplement nos perceptions humaines sur ses comportements ? Cela semble \u00eatre un comportement typique d&#8217;un <strong>\u201cdominant\u201d<\/strong>, n&#8217;est-ce pas ? Pourtant, plusieurs autres indices nous poussent \u00e0 croire qu&#8217;il cherche \u00e0 dominer son environnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les <strong>chats<\/strong> qui vivent avec plusieurs cong\u00e9n\u00e8res peuvent aussi manifester un <strong>comportement de \u201cchasse\u201d<\/strong> pour acc\u00e9der aux ressources : liti\u00e8re, coin de repos, gamelle\u2026 et parfois m\u00eame, vos genoux ! Il n\u2019a donc pas besoin de cr\u00e9er une hi\u00e9rarchie avec d\u2019autres chats, et encore moins avec nous, les humains. Le marquage est <strong>naturel<\/strong> et essentiel pour tous les chats, qu\u2019ils soient m\u00e2les ou femelles, jeunes ou \u00e2g\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourquoi un chat marque-t-il son territoire ? Parce que <strong>l&#8217;urine, les griffades et les frottements sont des moyens de communication<\/strong> entre les chats.
